- I do accept returns for alterations(size exchange) or repairs on any purchased items.
- Please be sure to double check your measurements before placing an order to avoid sizing mistakes. Feel free to send me your measurements along with your order for a custom fit.
- All my clothing is handmade and is made after I receive your payment and order.
- All orders should arrive between 3-14 days. For last minute orders please place your order at least 4 days before your event.
- All items are shipped standard by USPS with shipment tracking (international shipping does not come with tracking unless otherwise requested with an additional fee). Contact alyssa@alyssa-nicole.com for rush shipping.
- If you have any issues with completing your order/payment in the Alyssa Nicole online shop, please contact alyssa@alyssa-nicole.com and we will try to complete the order or fix any issues you may be having as soon as possible.
- Wash Instructions: I suggest taking very special care of your Alyssa Nicole garment by hand washing or dry cleaning your dress. Most of my garments can be machine washed in the delicate cycle and dry on low tumble heat. All items in my shop are handmade with love, so be sure to take precaution when caring for your garment :)
