Is my mask made yet?

Our collection is made to order. Currently, we only stock black and white masks. Please note other colors are made to order and have a 3-5 day lead time.

Why haven’t I received my tracking number?

Your order hasn’t been made yet, you will get a tracking number once the mask is complete and ready for shipment.

How do I wash my mask?

Hand wash, hang dry consider this a delicate item it is handcrafted. 

What is my mask made out of?

Most of the masks are lined with cotton, and have either poly/wool/silk exteriors. All fabric is sustainably sourced vintage dead stock. 

When will new styles / sold out fabrics be in stock?

We have just released a new style in metallic navy jacquard. Summer 2020 styles are now available and limited run!

Why hasn't anyone responded to my email?

We are working hard to fulfill the orders in our shop. We are in the process of production. Thank you for your patience.

Please understand we are a small team working our hardest to fulfill every order. 

Can I return my mask or get a refund?

All Sales Final on mask orders. As soon as you place your order, the mask goes into production beginning with cutting. As per our shop policy all sales are final on made to order items. We do not offer returns/refunds/or exchanges but happy to donate your mask if you no longer need it to a healthcare worker in need.

My mask is damaged or broken. Can it be altered?

Please carefully open your mask package. Each mask is carefully packaged in waterproof bubble mailing. To care for your handcrafted and hand packaged mask, do not cut into directly, peal away tape cautiously to open and stay healthy. We do not provide alterations on masks.
