Why is it taking so long to receive my mask?

What started as a mask donation project to health care workers directly quickly evolved as we received thousands of orders and requests worldwide. We received a high volume of orders due to Covid-19 and announcements that everyone needs to wear a mask. 

Is my mask made yet?

Each mask is made to order, we do not carry stock. Due to Covid-19 and the San Francisco shelter in place, garment manufacturing factories have limitations on operations and each mask is being cut and sewn individually by one person. Order numbers greater than #1550 are still in production. Thank you for your patience.

Why haven’t I received my tracking number?

Your order hasn’t been made yet, you will get a tracking number once the mask is complete and ready for shipment.

How do I wash my mask?

Hand wash, hang dry consider this a delicate item it is handcrafted. 

What is my mask made out of?

Most of the masks are lined with cotton, and have either poly/wool/silk exteriors. All fabric is sustainably sourced vintage dead stock. 

When will new styles / sold out fabrics be in stock?

We have just released a new style in metallic navy jacquard. More coming soon.

Why hasn't anyone responded to my email?

We are still working on fulfilling the orders that were placed May 22nd. We are in the process of production. Thank you for your patience.

Please understand we are a small team working our hardest to fulfill every order. We are currently not offering curbside pick up options as to focus on fulfilling current back orders.

Can I return my mask or get a refund?

Each mask order has already been cut and pinned, per our shop policy all sales are final on made to order items. We do not offer returns/refunds/or exchanges but happy to donate your mask if you no longer need it to a healthcare worker in need.
