How do I know which size will fit me best?
Our collection fits true to size. See the size chart on each product page to order a size with a perfect fit.

How long will it take for my Special Order garment to arrive?
Turn around time for special order garments is 2-5 days. We will notify you via email when your order has been shipped!
The item I want says it’s Sold Out. When will it become available again?
Our Collection is limited run each season. If an item is sold out - it usually means the materials used to create the design is out of stock.
RETURNS
How can I return or exchange my order?
Refunds and returns are only accepted on Ready-to-Wear garments (specified as In Stock in the shop). Ready-To-Wear orders must be returned unworn and without any damages within 7 days of receipt to receive a full refund.

Don’t want to exchange the size, but do want to exchange for that new dress you've had your eye on? Your order can be credited to a Ready-to-Wear item of a different style in the shop. Contact us by email for any style exchanges.
Can I return or exchange a Special Order garment?
Staying true to our handmade roots - all Special Order garments are sized, cut, and sewn specifically to your order. We cannot accept returns on these demi-couture pieces after we have carefully handcrafted your order. All sales final on Special Order garments. Atelier fit promise: 1 alteration per order on Atelier clientele subscriptions only.
How long will it take to process an exchange or return?
Please allow up to 5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed and completed. We will notify you by email when your package is received and your refund or web credit has been processed.
How long will it take to alter my Atelier Clientele Subscription Special Order garment?
Please allow 2-14 business days for alterations on your special order. We will notify you by email when your order has been shipped.
SHIPPING
When will my order be shipped?
Ready-to-Wear orders will be shipped within 24 hours. Special Order garments will be shipped within 2-5 days. You will be notified via email when your order has been shipped. We do not ship on Holidays or weekends.
When will I receive my order?
All US orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail and arrive within 2-3 days of shipment.
International orders are shipped USPS regular mail. A customs receipt is provided for international orders. Please allow up to two weeks for shipping on international orders.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $5.50, International Shipping is $12.50.
If you need your item(s) sooner, please contact us at sales@alyssa-nicole.com so we can estimate the cost of rush shipping. We do not ship on the weekend or holidays.

Do you accept orders from international customers?
Yes! We accept credit cards or Paypal and offer international shipping.
We offer free shipping to our international customers via USPS Regular Mail. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-10 business days of its ship date. Shipping may vary by country.
Taxes and Customs
Customs, duties, and taxes for international shipping is the responsibility of the customer upon receiving your package.

What is Demi - Couture?
Alyssa Nicole designs carefully crafted made to order luxury garments in traditional sizing or tailored to fit at an accessible price point.
At Alyssa Nicole, we don’t believe in disposable fast fashion. We strive to design an accessible luxury collection. Each garment in our collection is handcrafted with great attention to detail - every season our designs are drafted by hand with a pencil on paper in our studio. From sketch to production, we stay true to the process of haute couture designing.
Our line is comprised of Ready-to-Wear pieces and Special Order pieces. Unlike traditional couture, our Ready-to-Wear pieces are conventionally sized rather than individually fitted. If you want to customize the fit of your order - in the tradition of haute couture, we craft the garment to your exact measurements for a tailored made to measure fit.

Ethically and Sustainably Made
Each season, the Alyssa Nicole collection is limited run with handcrafted pieces. At Alyssa Nicole, we believe in sustainability and only work with materials that are recycled deadstock from big fashion houses.
In my previous experience working as a designer for fast fashion houses - I’ve seen thousands of yards of fabric go to waste after being over ordered seasonally. The textile industry uses a variety of chemical dyes and treatments which cause pollution and is hazardous to our health. We only source a limited quantity of readily available materials, this way less waste is contributed by fashion to the textile industry.
Our collection is made to order and we produce a limited quantity of our collection to reduce waste. Alyssa Nicole is focused on ethical American made craftsmanship. Our design atelier carefully crafts each design individually in San Francisco, California.
